Return Policy

At BashMint, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Perishable goods

  • Digital downloads

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items on Sale

  • Personal care goods

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bashmint.com. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we will provide return or replacement instructions.

Return Window
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Return Shipping Cost

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us at support@bashmint.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • The reason for the return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item if eligible and place a new order.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process above.
