Return & Shipping Policy

At BashMint, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

We accept returns for eligible non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unused

  • unopened, if sealed

  • in its original condition

  • in its original packaging, when applicable

  • not assembled, if it is a tassel item

Non-returnable items
The following items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • personalized photo decorations

  • custom or personalized items

  • custom text decorations

  • made-to-order party decorations

  • items altered at the customer’s request

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • a brief description of the issue

  • clear photos of the item and packaging

After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

How to request a return
To request a return, please contact us with:

  • your full name

  • order number

  • item(s) you want to return

  • reason for the return

If approved, we will send return instructions.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you need a replacement for an eligible item, contact us and we will advise the best option.

Order cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if production has not started. Personalized and custom orders cannot be canceled once design, printing, or production has begun.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Personalized and custom items may require 2–5 business days for design and preparation. During busy periods, processing may take longer.

Shipping times
Shipping times begin after processing and are estimates only:

  • Standard U.S. shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited U.S. shipping: 2–3 business days

  • International shipping: 7–21 business days

Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time.

Tracking
Tracking information is sent when your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@bashmint.com. If the order has not shipped, we will try to update it.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package shows as delivered but cannot be found, please:

  • check around your property

  • check with neighbors

  • contact the carrier

  • file a claim with the carrier if needed

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, email support@bashmint.com.

International orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country. Customs processing may also affect delivery times.
